Paige Nosal
Dr. Nosal attended the University of Waterloo for both her undergraduate and postgraduate education in which she earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours Kinesiology) and a Master of Science degree. Dr. Nosal continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) in 2022. As a licensed chiropractor, Dr. Nosal specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of neuromusculoskeletal disorders; this includes conditions arising from the structures or functions of the spine or extremities, and their effects on the nervous system. She has a strong focus in biomechanical assessment and movement retraining that is tailored to each individual, which contributes to her philosophy of identifying and addressing the underlying source of the problem rather than only treating the presenting symptoms. This approach to care seeks to not only decrease an individual’s pain and achieve a pain free state, but to keep the pain from returning while optimizing function and achieving a higher quality of life.
